Would you be interested in having your own forum?:
We are willing to host forums for third-parties, particularly if they have a theme relating to role-plays,
fantasy, anime/manga or MUDs.
Our proposal is straight forward. We would create a main forum category for you relating to your subject matter
and any 'reasonable' number of sub-categories, based upon your requirements.
You would therefore need to supply us with a main forum category title and titles for your sub-categories,
along with a small description for each. For example:
+-> Main Category Name: Final Fantasy Role-Play World
| A forum for discussion topics relating to the web site, Final Fantasy Role-Play World (http://www.ffrpworld.com).

+----> News and Announcements
| A forum where moderators can post news and announcements relating to Final Fantasy.

+----> Final Fantasy Games
| A forum where you can discuss any Final Fantasy game for PC, console or handheld systems.

+---->Final Fantasy Films
A forum where you can discuss any Final Fantasy film or movie, including Advent Children.
We can then create the forum for you and your users, which typically we can turn-around in 3 working days.
What administrative and moderator privileges will you have?:
We will naturally allow you or any member that you designate to be a moderator of a category.
You can have as many moderators as you wish for a category, as well as different moderators for different categories.
A moderator will be able to edit, lock, delete and move posts.
However, we would retain administrator status of your forum(s) and we would be the only ones
who would be able to make changes to the categories themselves.
Hence if you want to edit, add, delete, close or hide categories,
you would need to let us know what changes you want made.
What does RPG Forums Online expect in return?:
If you have a web site, naturally you would need to create a link to your forum,
but we would also ask that you add a link to our main site
http://www.RPGForumsOnline.com.
You can, if you wish, use any of the banner or icon images found
here to assist with this.
We would also request that any promotion of your newly create forum is done.
We are also self-promoting our main site. Naturally this offers all of us the best of both worlds -
new visitors to our site and new visitors to you site; a mutual benefit for sure.
What will it cost?:
Nothing, nada. It's 100% free.
How do you sign up?:
If you wish to take us up on this offer, firstly you need to make sure you have registered for the
main RPG Forums Online site. Then email the forum administrator with your name, forum username,
current web site address and the details of the categories and descriptions you would like, as described above.
If you wish us to assign moderators at this stage, please also supply us with the forum usernames
and which category you want them to be a moderator of (this can be done at a later date, if more appropriate).
